Pricing
FYZIOPAD is an online service, so you don't pay any licensing or setup fees.
The price includes all features, except optional SMS messages and emails, which are charged separately according to actual usage.
Main user account
Whether you're an independent physiotherapist or run a larger clinic, the first user account – usually the account of the healthcare facility owner – is charged this amount. This account provides full access to all features of the system.
Additional user account
Each additional system user (e.g. employee) must have their own access account. These users have limited permissions – usually without access to financial data and system settings.
Sent SMS
Charged SMS can be sent when creating or canceling a reservation and
also as a reminder 2 days in advance.
Charged emails are available
for sending bulk messages.
Using SMS notifications and email communication with patients is not mandatory and is charged separately, according to the actual volume of messages sent.
Payment is for usage and monthly. And because we don't want to burden you with unnecessary paperwork, payment is made based on issued invoice always quarterly and retroactively (you don't pay anything in advance).
